The most common questions you’re wondering before you hire us.
What if I don't have brand photography?
For the Signature Site you’ll need to provide all images before we start — whether that’s professional photos, personal brand shots, or stock images you’ve sourced yourself. If you don’t have images ready or want them made specifically for your site, the Signature Site + Content Shoot is the better fit. We handle the whole thing from there. *Book a call to find out if we can source stock images for you for an additional fee.Â
Can I book online without a call?
Yes! This is the one package you can book directly online. If you know what you need, hit the Get Started button and we’ll send you everything to get started right after.
What do I need to have ready before we start?
Your images, videos, headshots, etc, any existing brand elements like your logo and colors, and a general sense of what you want your site to do. We walk you through exactly what to gather after you book.
How does the two-week timeline work?
Once everything is submitted, you can lock in your two-week time where we exclusively design and build your website. The schedule is : a Kickoff call Monday, content call two days later on Wednesday. The design & build happen in parallel that week too. We have a brief tech call the following Monday, and then your build review & edits on Thursday, and you’re live by Friday. About two weeks start to finish. We map out everything with you once you onboard.
What do I need to do to prepare for the shoot?
Our team and your photographer will meet with you once you are onboarded to help plan your wardrobe suggestions, location ideas, what to bring, and what to expect.Â
How many images will I get?
It depends on the scope of your shoot. A standard session typically delivers enough images to cover your full website plus extras for social media and marketing. We’ll give you specifics during your inquiry call.
What if I need more scope than 6 pages?
If your project scope exceeds 6 pages or requires greater complexity, the Authority Site is the better fit. We can still include a content shoot as part of that project. 65% of our clients get exactly what they need with the Signature Site.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! Your project is split into 4 equal payments. The first payment is due at signing to secure your spot. The rest follows automatically over the next three months. Want to pay in full? You can do that too, on the invoice page.
What happens after we launch?
You get a 2-week post-launch support window for any functionality questions and minor edits. After that, we offer Website Care Plans to keep your site updated, secure, and running smoothly. We’ll tell you about those at offboarding.
What if I can't make the time work in our two-week timeframe?
We’ll confirm all dates & times with you once you’re ready to lock in your start date. If for some reason it can’t happen, we will coordinate a special timeline to ensure you’re ready and prepared for your appointments..
